01Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do with the Aphelion Services. It is part of the Terms of Service. We may update it as our products evolve. Breaching it can lead to content removal, suspension, or termination, and where appropriate, reporting to the authorities.
02Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services to:
- break the law or facilitate illegal activity;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others;
- upload or distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data;
- probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Services;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data except through features we provide for that purpose;
- reverse-engineer or copy the Services except where the law expressly allows;
- send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited or deceptive communications;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
- resell or commercially exploit the Services without our permission.
03Content standards
You must not create, upload, store, or share content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening;
- sexualises minors in any way (see below) or depicts non-consensual sexual content;
- promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism;
- violates someone's privacy or shares their personal data without a lawful basis; or
- infringes copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
04AI-specific rules
When using AI features (including Iris, Maven, and assistants), you must not attempt to generate:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is strictly and absolutely prohibited and will be reported;
- sexual or intimate imagery of real, identifiable people without their consent;
- deceptive deepfakes intended to harass, defraud, or mislead;
- content that promotes illegal acts, violence, or serious harm; or
- content designed to evade safety filters.

05Enforcement
We may remove content, limit or suspend features, or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious violations — particularly any involving CSAM — will be reported to law-enforcement and relevant authorities.
