Disclaimer

Effective 11 June 2026 · Last updated 11 June 2026

01"As is" — no warranties

The Aphelion Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

02Development & beta products

Many Aphelion products are in active development and may be labelled beta, preview, or "in dev". Such products may change significantly, behave unexpectedly, or be discontinued, and should not be relied upon for critical use. Keep your own backups of important data.

03AI output

Features that use artificial intelligence — including Iris (images), Maven (recommendations), Pulse (summaries and briefings), Zeus, and assistants — can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise flawed output. AI output is generated automatically and does not represent advice or the views of Aphelion. Always use your own judgement and verify important information.

04Not professional advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Products that discuss wellbeing, productivity, news, or emotions are for general information and support only and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.

05Third-party content & links

The Services may display or link to third-party content, websites, and services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.

06Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aphelion is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the Services or any output produced by them. This Disclaimer should be read together with the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
